The PPGA is proud to announce the introduction of the PPGA Scholarship Program. This scholarship is designed to help those who wish to continue their education at a four year college or university. This individual should be in search of financial aid for education expenses, possess a solid high school transcript and a passion for the game of golf. |
|
To be eligible this person should either be a participant in PPGA events, be a family member of someone who participates in PPGA events, or work at a PPGA member club or public golf course in the Philadelphia or surrounding area. |
|
The PPGA will award the scholarship(s) annually to deserving individual(s) who meet the eligibility requirements and best exhibit the qualities outlined above. |
|
Each application will be reviewed by the Scholarship Committee who will make recommendations to the Scholarship Chairman. The Scholarship Chairman will present the scholarship awards at the conclusion of the Open Amateur Championship at Cobbs Creek GC. |
